We stayed four nights at Cumberland Mtn. State Park, longer than we intended because we loved it so much. Had a great site and met very nice, friendly people. It was chilly, so we made a campfire - here's Irene reading by the fire amid the trees.
We stayed four nights at Cumberland Mtn. State Park, longer than we intended because we loved it so much. Had a great site and met very nice, friendly people. It was chilly, so we made a campfire - here's Irene reading by the fire amid the trees.
While here, we also drove to Fall Creek State Park for a day - it's one of the many really beautiful parks in Tennessee. Unfortunately, the falls were fairly dry-- not enough rain for the runoff.
