----- We had an early dinner on the deck at one of the best restaurants, Casa del Capitan, on the hill overlooking the Sea of Cortez. The restaurant can be seen in the upper left photo, on the right side. As with all of our photos, if you click on one, you can enlarge it for a better view. Irene had grilled bacon-wrapped cheese-stuffed shrimp in a light tomato sauce. Joe had shrimp in a delicious cheese sauce. Yum-o.
----- We now have made the bacon-wrapped shrimp on our own grill a few times - it's now a staple in our "house". The view on the upper right is of the "Malecon", with The Point Restaurant on pilings in the background. We went there twice - once for lunch inside on the second floor and once for drinks on the upstairs deck, overlooking the water.
