Beautiful pix of the rustic, yet lovely, old Lake McDonald Lodge, built between 1913 & 1914. The fireplace in this lounge area is so big, you could stand in it. When the lodge was originally built, guests had to approach by water only, so the front of the lodge to us, approaching by car, is actually the backside.
