-----Lunch at Tortilla Flat on the Apache Trail

Tortilla Flat is a real town, formerly a stagecoach stop, which now has six residents. The town is privately owned. It's a great stop for lunch. Irene, the one with the Italian stomach, had a hamburger topped with spicy chili and cheese. Joe, with the Irish stomach, had a hamburger. The restaurant features real saddles on top of low bar stools, where you can have a beer or your lunch (or both!).

Behind Irene is a 50's- style Jukebox, which is probably a prop. The restaurant does play 50's music continuously. Note the dollar bills on the walls - the entire place is filled with them, tacked up & autographed by various patrons throughout the years.
