Here is Ray Benson & Asleep at the Wheel, a multiple Grammy-winning group. He was magnificent. Irene sat next to and chatted with the wife of one of his musicians. Benson exemplifies Western Swing music. He sang, among many other songs, "Rose of San Antone".

-----Benson & his group were scheduled to perform at the White House on Sept. 11, 2001 - of course his gig was cancelled.
