The unfinished monument to Crazy Horse, the legendary Sioux warrior who was born in the Black Hills of South Dakota, will eventually be 563 feet tall, dwarfing the four Presidents on Mount Rushmore. It can even be seen from the highway. The sculptor, Korczak Ziolkowski, died in 1982 and his wife and seven of his ten children are continuing the work.
